Rates and Insurance

Rates
Therapy rate: $100 per 50-minute session

Life Coaching rates: $135 per 60 minute session; $260 for two pre-paid sessions and $480 for four pre-paid session.

Insurance for therapy
Please check your out-of-network coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Forms will be provided to the therapy clients to submit claims with their insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
